John Heath Hartley, 49, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital.
Heath was born February 27, 1974 to John E. and Mollie N. Hartley. He was a 1992 graduate of Sparkman High School. He received a degree from Athens State College. Mr. Hartley worked with his father at K & M Paint Company in Huntsville, AL where he filled the role of vice-president.
He is survived by one son Parker Hartley; one daughter Haley Hartley; his parents John and Mollie Hartley; one sister Heather Hartley; brother in law Michael Epperson; 2 nieces Addison and Grace Epperson; and ex-wife Kelly Hartley.
Pallbearers will be Michael Epperson, Greg Pope, Coogan Preston, Ben Thomas, Bill Gray and Allen Brown.
Mr. Hartley’s services will be Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at McConnell Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12-1 pm. Service will follow at 1 pm in the chapel with Andy John King presiding over it.
