John Harold Hyde, 71, a lifelong resident of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, March 04, 2014 at his residence.
Mr. Hyde served his country in the U.S. Navy.
The visitation will 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 06, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 07, 2014 at Spry. Officiating will be Bro. James McCullar and also speaking, grandson, Steven Wisdom. The burial will be at Hyde Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Mary Ellen (Hyde) and Mark Stackhouse, Jacksonville, FL; and Robert (Bobby) Wesley Hyde, Russellville; grandchildren, Alicia Cantrell, Christina Crews, William Harold & Nina Wisdom, Steven & Stephanie Wisdom, Chasity & Tom Fortune, McKinnley Blake Hyde; great-grandchildren, Tabatha Gionet, Grant Wisdom, Julianna Cantrell, Caleb Crews, Ava Wisdom, Lela Wisdom, Bryant Wisdom, Mia Wisdom, Tindley Wisdom; brother, Robert (Bobby) and Diane Hyde; cousin, Roger (Chip) and Brenda Encheff; 3 nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret (Peggy) J. Hyde; daughter, Lesley Ann (Hyde) Foster; parents, Wallace H. & Clara Hyde; and brother, Wayne Wallace Hyde.
The pallbearers will be grandsons, William Harold Wisdom, Steven Ray Wisdom, McKinnley Blake Hyde; nephew, Seth Hyde; 2nd cousin, Brent Encheff, and family friend, Michael Allen. The honorary pallbearers will be Roger D. Encheff and Johnny Earl Wisdom.
