John Gonzales, 83, of Iuka, MS, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He enjoyed tinkering in the yard and making woodworking crafts. He was an avid watcher of old war movies and documentaries and a steak connoisseur. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his daughters, Debra Scott (Walter) and Linda Bonds; his son, Larry Bonds (Geraldine); his grandchildren, Josh Bonds, Catherine Scott (Jhovanny), and John Ventrella; and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Gonzales; his parents; his brothers, Joe and Jessie Gonzales; his sister; and a grandson, J.R. Ventrella. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Visitation and service times will be posted as they become available.
