John Foster, age 84, of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Marshall County, died Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at his residence.
John was born June 20, 1940, in Columbia, Tennessee, to the late Connie and Ramona Dortch Foster. He was a former Professor of biology at Motlow State Community College and a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Glenn and Earl Foster as well as several other relatives.
He is survived by his brother, Bliss Foster of Atlanta, Georgia, and a sister.
Graveside Service will be conducted Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 11:00 am at Bryant Cemetery in Mooresville with burial to follow.
