John (Dennie) Martin was born November 3, 1974 in Somerville, TN the son of John (Jack) Martin, Sr. and the late Patsy Ann Hunt Martin.
He was united in marriage to Teresa Wechter on December 3, 1994. John was a machinist at Thyssen Krupp Elevator in Middleton, TN. He attended Living Word Fellowship in Savannah, TN and previously attended Love & Truth in Adamsville, TN. He was a family man; enjoyed spending time with his boys, camping, fishing, hunting and taking care of his cows.
John “Dennie” Martin departed this life on June 29, 2015 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 40 Years, 7 Months, 26 Days. He is survived by his wife Teresa Martin of Michie, TN; two sons, J. D. Martin, Zachary Martin; two sisters, Angie Dukes Long and husband Tom of Willis, TN, Frankie Martin Morgan and husband Jeff of Florence, AL; three brothers, John Dukes of PA, Ronnie Dukes and wife Connie of Winston Salem, NC, Donnie Dukes of Estill, SC; and a host of extended family and friends.
