Joel Ray Keenum, 63 of Athens, Alabama, passed away on April 6th, 2024, in Athens Limestone Hospital. He was born on December 3rd, 1960, to parents Joseph Keenum and Alma Morgan.
Mr. Keenum is survived by his wife Pamela Diane Keenum; his son Nicholas Keenum (Ronna); his daughter Brandi Henderson (Chris); his 4 grandchildren Login & Kynsleigh Griffin and Gabby & Brayden Keenum; 3 stepchildren Adam Sibert, Melissa Edwards, and Crystal Mills; step grandchildren Connor Edwards, Makayla Hicks, Madyson Hicks, Faith Bailey, and Serenity Seibert; brothers Pete Keenum (Dokey), Noel Keenum (Janice), Steve Keenum (Merilu), Stanley Keenum(Sue); his sister Susie Keenum and a host of nieces and nephews.
Joel is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Mike & Larry Keenum.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday April 9th, 2024, in Gatlin cemetery at 3:00 pm. A visitation will be held the same day in Limestone Chapel Funeral Home from 1-2:30pm.
