Joel Lynn Carper, 73, of Lexington, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024 at his residence.
He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam and retired from Bethlehem Steel, Indiana. He was a very loving husband, father and granddaddy.
Mr. Carper was preceded in death by his parents, William & Effie Carper and his brother, Lloyd Carper. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Carper; sons, Eric Carper and Shawn (Amber) Carper; grandchildren, Samuel and Abigail; brother, Dwight Carper and sister, Nondas (Alton) Sullivan.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
