Joe Perry Greer was born December 14, 1948 in Corinth, MS the son of the late C.D. and Anna Lee South Greer.
Mr. Greer was a retired businessman. He was formerly the owner operator of the Greer Egg Farm in Michie TN. Some of his favorite pastimes were fishing, traveling, playing dominoes, renovating old houses, and repairing old vehicles.
Mr. Greer departed this life on February 26, 2014 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 65 Years, 2 Months, 12 Days. He is survived by the mother of his children Margaret Prather Greer; a daughter, Ginger Nicole Wyatt and husband Chad of Knoxville, TN; a son, Nick Greer and wife Darla of Bartlett, TN; five grandchildren, Bailey Wyatt, Saylor Wyatt, and Braden Wyatt all of Knoxville, TN, Carlie Carter and Tucker Greer both of Bartlett, TN; a sister, Martice Rowlett of Hernando, MS; a brother, Don Greer of Michie, TN; an aunt Opal Fooshee of Corinth MS, and a close friend Billy Ray Hughes of Michie TN.
