On Saturday, August 1, 2020, Sargent Joe Neil Sargent, Jr. passed away at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, AL at the age of 48.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Church of Christ Cemetery.
Joe was preceded in death by his Father-Joe Neil Sargent, Sr.; Mother-Patricia Ellen Mills Sargent and his Son-Joey Parker Sargent.
He is survived by his Son-Joe Neil Sargent, III; Step Sons-Justin and Joseph Rigsby; Sister-Stacia Ellen Sargent.
Joe Neil Sargent, Jr. is a veteran of the war against terrorism where he earned numerous awards and medals for his outstanding achievements and leadership.
