Joe Edward McCorkle, age 77, of Florence, Alabama, died Friday, June 30, 2017. The visitation will be Friday, July 7th from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. with Eric Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Thelma Marks.
Survivors include his wife, Tommie McCorkle; sons, Scott McCorkle and Keith McCorkle; daughters, Ashley McCorkle and Terri McCorkle; brother, Clyde McCorkle; grandchildren, Zak McCorkle, Joanie McCorkle, and Jace Keeton; and great-grandson, Levi McCorkle.
Pallbearers will be Scott McCorkle, Tommy McCorkle, Sherwood McCorkle, Zak McCorkle, Jace Keeton, and Dan Richardson.
