Memorial services for Joe Earl Wilson, 74 of Anniston, AL, will be at 1:00 PM July 13, 2024, at Leyden Hill Presbyterian Church with Bishop Robert Hall officiating.
Mr. Wilson passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the river doing what he loved doing, fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gaultney Wilson; daughter, Michelle Elaine Wilson; sons, Scott Wilson and Shannon Wilson; stepchildren, Rebecca Teal Warner and Josh Warner; grandchildren, Bethany Webb, Zachary Webb, Titus Warner, Talia Warner, Caleb Warner and Chris Warner; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Jeff Wilson (Vickie) and Terry Paul Reaves; sisters, Louise Wilson Fondren (Barry), Dorothy Walker and Rosa Lee Wilcox; stepbrother, Walter Reaves; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mr. Wilson is preceded in death by his parents, Clem William Wilson and Annie Ruth Brown, Wilson, Reaves, Finley; brothers, Jimmy Lee Wilson and Jerry Wayne Wilson; his grandparents; step brother, Lewis Ed Reaves and Leonard Reaves; step sister, Elizabeth Reaves Wells; niece, Tabatha Wilson; and nephew, Jeffery Wilson.
