Funeral Service for Joe Alan Mead, age 67, of Cullman, will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Jason Vinson officiating; burial at Center Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Mead passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Cullman Regional. He was born September 11, 1955, to Johnny and Melrovie Mead.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Johnny Mead Jr.; grandparents, Fred and Elva Graham; grandmother, Dixie Mead; and step-grandson, Tucker Evans.
Survivors include his wife, Daphne Mead; son, Jody Mead; stepchildren, Ashlie (Cory) Evans and Jon Kuykendall; brother, Jackie (Doris) Mead; nieces, Katrina (Eddie) Tankersley and Kristi (Chad) Spradlin; step-grandchildren, Jesse Kuykendall and Liam Evans; and a host of nieces, nephews,family, and friends.
