JoAnne H. Johnson, age 75 of Huntsville passed away August 24, 2019.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth W. Johnson; 3 sons Greg (Karla) Johnson, Chris (Lillie) Johnson and Patrick (Andrea) Johnson; 9 grandchildren Karlie (Gage) Tolton, Chloe Johnson, Kaleb Johnson, Will Johnson, Maddie Johnson, Noah Johnson, Elijah Johnson, and Moses Johnson; 1 great-grandchild Presley Anne Tolton; 1 brother Charles Henson; and 1 sister Faye VanPelt.
She was preceded in death by her mother Irene Newby Henson.
Mrs. Johnson was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County and was employed by the Huntsville City School System for over 22 years. She was a member of Summit Crossing Community Church, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Visitation is Tuesday, August 27, 2019, 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Gary Gates, Rev. Greg Johnson, Rev. Chris Johnson, and Rev. Patrick Johnson. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
