Joanne G. Butler, 63, of Florence, passed away July 10, at her residence. She was a Dietician at El Reposo Nursing Home and a Christian. Survivors Include: Husband: Freddy L. Butler Son: John Nathan Armstrong Daughters: Jessica Layne Winters & Ada Marie Armstrong Brothers: Jeff Gautney & Edward Gautney Sisters: Susan Marks & Teresa Sykes Step-sons: Dale Butler & Duane Butler Step-daughter: Melanie McWilliams (18) Grandchildren, (4) great grandchildren Preceded in death by: Parents: William Oliver Gautney & Mary Edna Miller Gautney Son: Richard Jeremy Armstrong Brother: William Gautney, Jr. Visitation for Mrs. Butler will be on Saturday, July 11, from 4:00pm – 7:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Sunday, July 12, at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Steve Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Church of Christ Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Dale Butler, Duane Butler, Will Armstrong, Caleb Butler, Kenneth Miller, Tyrone Zahnd & Will Bevis. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
