Joanne Fuller, age 78, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Vanderbilt Hospital after a significant period of illness.
Joanne attended the Baptist Church. She worked at Flowercraft for several years and later enjoyed farming. She was known as everyone’s Nana. She loved her daughters and family very much. They will treasure the wonderful memories of their mother and Nana.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Sammy Fuller; mother, Hattie Cottingham; siblings, Johnny Baird, Carolyn Wilson, Barbara Casey; and son-in-law, Philip Cosby.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters, Stacy Clark (Delane), Carolee Cosby; granddaughter, Jolynn Evetts; grandson, Samuel Cosby; great-granddaughter, Brees Evetts; special friends, James & Kris Roberts; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with her grandson, Samuel Cosby, speaking at her service. The burial will be at Ramsey Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate blood or plasma in Joanne’s memory.
