Joan Payne Morgan, 77 of Bagley, passed away Sunday March 17, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her son, Rodney Hard and parents, Buel and Eva Payne.
She is survived by her cousins, other relatives and friends.
A private graveside service will be held.
