Joan (Jane) Cote Fellows was born on June 24, 1932, and passed from this life on November 6, 2023. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Herbert W. Fellows, her parents Victor A. and Elvenzia Cote and siblings Rita, Victor J., Lillian, Ronald, Roger and Conrad. Jane is survived by siblings Cora, Lawrence, Lena, Ernest, and Edna; her daughters Sharon Gardner (husband Randy), Cheryl Azbell (husband Jim), six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. All a close knit and loving family.
Jane was a member of Cox Blvd. Church of Christ and her church family was dear to her heart too. She was faithful to attend every service she could and was involved in her care group, World Bible School, Monday Night for the Master and singing. She greeted others with a beautiful smile, positive attitude and strong hand shake. She will be remembered as a loving woman of strong faith committed to her Lord and family. One could clearly see Jesus living in her.
Retired from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, Jane also volunteered locally at Shoals Hospital. She was never idle, ever serving others and loving people. Our loss is heavens gain. Her presence will be greatly missed, however, her spirit lives on inside those who love her.
