Joan Drucilla Tabor, 90, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Sunday.
Drucilla was a loyal Alabama fan, loved to bowl and her greatest joys were her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her dog, Pup.
She was preceded in death by husband, Burns E. Tabor; son, Terry Tabor; father, Richard Allison Terry; mother, Edith Collins Terry; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Nelwyn Smotherman; and brother-in-laws, Bobby McConnell and Thomas Steward.
Surviving are daughters, Connie (Greg) Henderson, Cheryl (Maurice) Dalton, and Tara (David) Newton; son, Mark (Brenda) Tabor; grandchildren, Brad (Meagon) Kirby, Chelsea (David) Madisetty, Erin (Daniel) McCormick, Zack (Nicholle) Henderson; sister, Janet Steward; sister-in-laws, Linda McConnell and Glenda Shumber; several nieces, nephews; multitude of friends; and her loved dog, Pup.
Visitation will be Thursday 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow Thursday at 2:00 PM with Rev. Michael Carpenter officiating.
Interment will be in Moon Cemetery.
