Jimmy Yielding – Obituary

Jimmy Yielding, 75, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016, at his home in Tremont. He was born September 15, 1941 to the late Aron Yielding and the late Ruby Scott Gentry. He enjoyed Bowling and was active with youth bowling. He was a proprietor of Ehler’s Lanes in Zion, IL. He also enjoyed NASCAR and especially fishing at the Lakes of the Ozarks in Missouri. He was a member of the V.F.W.

A memorial service will be 3:00 pm on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Josh Westmoreland officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on Monday.
Senter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Survivors include his Wife, Karen Sue Yielding of Tremont; Daughters: Wendy Byrum, Tammie Yielding both of TX, Christi (Rob Fischer) Yielding of IL, Kelly (Eric Aldridge) Yielding of Tremont; Sons: Brad (April) Yielding of IL, and Wes (Samantha) Yielding of Tuscumbia, AL; 14 Grandchildren; Brother, Jerry (Charlene) Yielding of GA; Sister, Penny Gentry of IL.

Preceded in death by his parents and his step-father, Roy Gentry, Sisters: Janet Gentry and Judy Terrien.
