Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Jimmy Spivey will be Monday December 2,2024 at Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday from 12pm until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
Jimmy passed away on November 25,2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. Jimmy was born in Alcorn County on February 21,1961 to the late J.L and Betty Spivey. Jimmy enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Spivey; niece, Felicia Clark and nephews, Christopher Spivey and Ricky Dunn.
Jimmy is survived by his sister, Regina Jeter (Tommy Malone); brother, Tim Spivey; girlfriend, Caryla King; stepsons, Timothy Blanton and Michael Blanton; stepdaughter, Abbie King; grandchildren, Hayden and Maddlyn Jane Blanton; nieces, Amanda Voyles (Brandon), Brittney Spivey, Macey Muse and Gracey Muse; nephews, Dalton Perry, Chris Voyles, and T.J Carter and great-niece, Megan Spivey.
Pallbearers include Megan Spivey, T.J. Carter, Chris Voyles, Timothy Blanton, Michael Blanton, Freddie Clark, David Marley, Brandon Voyles, and Tommy Malone.
