Mr. Jimmy “Pete” Prestley, age 74, of Jasper passed away June 20, 2020 at Ridgewood Health Care. Graveside services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Wells Celestial Gardens. Family members will officiate. Bell Sumiton Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Katrina Prestley; parents, Henry Prestley and Ada Willingham Prestley; sisters, Bobbie Ingle, Carlene Tolbert, Ruby Meads, Shirley James and Judy Busby; and brothers, Clayton “Bud” Prestley, Donald Prestley, Bill Prestley and Edward Prestley.
Survivors include his brother, Roy M. Prestley; sister, Linda Snow; and special niece, Diane Burns.
