Jimmy Lee Pratt

Age 77 of Cottontown passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at his home. He was born January 8, 1944 in Nashville, TN. He worked as a carpenter for Bobby Ragsdale before his retirement. He enjoyed deer hunting, working on cars and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Alice Pratt; 2 sisters, 4 brothers. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Virginia Pratt; sons, Gary Pratt, Gary Damron and Matthew Rogers, all of Cottontown, TN, David (Joyce Ann) Benoit, SC; daughters, Stacie Scott, Cottontown, TN, Jolene Evans, Franklin, KY and Angela Fuentes, Hermitage, TN; brothers, Danny (Barbara) Bentley, Ashland City, TN and Eddie Bentley, Nashville, TN; sisters, Diane (Larry) Kephart, Nashville and Helen Cole; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral service is scheduled for Monday, November 1, 2021 at 2pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Bro. Doug Lee officiating. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family is planned for Monday, November 1, 2021 10am-2pm at the funeral home.
