Jimmy H. Clements, 83 of Warrior, passed away December 11, 2023 at his home.
Jimmy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend. Among his greatest enjoyments in life, was watching his grandsons’ race, and going to all the kid’s sporting events. He loved hunting and fishing. He was an avid Auburn fan. He was also well known for being a great mechanic, especially for working on Volkswagen’s.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Hibert Clements and his mother, Trudie Bradford.
Left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife of 63 years, Jo Ann Clements; children, Debbie Starling (Kevin), Robin Moore (Randy) and Shannon Clements; grandchildren, Jonathan Rutland (Janna), Brooke Robinson (Jon), Kyle Moore (Ashley), Derrick Moore (Regan), Laura Kanagy (DeLoran) and Emily Hart (James); great grandchildren, Parker, Zane, Chloe, Cameron, Mary Gwen, Weston, Waylon, Lyla, Connor, Mackenzie, Xandar and Eleanor; brother, Jack Clements; sisters, Bobbie Blackmon (Gary), Eula Fendley and Earline Key; sister-in-law, Vicki Tibbs; special loved ones, Willadean Curry and Daniel and Stanley Curry; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday Dec. 30, 2023 at 12:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial chapel. Rev, Tim Blackmon will officiate. Private interment of Cremains will be in New Horizon Memorial Gardens at a later time. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until service time.
The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of Hope Hospice and to Donna Higgins, for all their love and care.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
