Jimmy E White
Departed for his heavenly home December 19th, 2022. He was born in Arkansas on May 22, 1940 to parents William Earl and Ruby Copeland White. On January 28, 1968 he was united in marriage to Junell Ratliff who proceeded him in death in 2018. They made their home in the Hookers Bend Community. Jimmy grew up farming with his father who was his hero and from the time he was a little boy he went everywhere with his Dad helping him on the farm. He served in the US Army and was an over the road truck driver for 30 years. Jimmy and Junell both loved the farm. They loved their cattle and goats and often took in stray animals. There was always room for one more homeless pet. Over the last few months Jimmy expressed he was ready to go home to his Jesus and to be with Junell again. Jimmy excepted Jesus as his Savior when he was 13 years old, but April 24, 2022 he rededicated his life and was baptized at Love and Truth Church in Adamsville where he attended.
Jimmy leaves behind. Tammy Kelley-Eison and husband Frank, Tim Kelley and wife Kim, whom he and Junell helped to raise after the death of their mother; Al and Donielle Wicker, Jimmy’s special friends and caregivers; his sister, Beverly Hardin; and brother, Gerald White. Jimmy also leaves behind Brandon, Chloee, Tanlee, Gabi, Eli, Ainsley, Adrienne, Casen and Declan, whom he thought of as grandchildren; niece Amanda Moore; nephews, Greg Hardin, Jeff White, Glen White, Eli Moore, Hunter Kelley and Hillary Kelley. He also leaves behind his 5 constant companions his beloved dogs.
In addition to his parents and wife Jimmy was preceded in death by a baby sister, Joy Dean White and his nephew Brandon White.
