Mr. Jimmy Dewayne Jones, age 53, of Gainesboro, TN, died Sunday, June 04, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical in Nashville, TN, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born July 02, 1969, in McMinnville, TN, was a truck driver with McCormick Trucking Company, and was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Lynn George Jones, and a granddaughter Savannah Haffner.
Survivors include children Josh Jones, Cody White, Angel White, Mark Jones, and Jimmy Dewayne Jones, Jr., 6 grandchildren, fiancé Carrie Pendleton, father James Walker (J.W.) Jones, brother Jerry Jones, special friends Matt Uballe and Randall Johnson. An aunt, uncles, cousins, and many friends also survive.
A graveside services and interment will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 06, 2023, at Bethlehem Cemetery. Bro. Johnny Newby will officiate. The Jones Family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. in the chapel of McMinnville Funeral Home.
