He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy W. Kennedy.

Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, October 07, 2016, with Johnny Bain officiating. Interment will follow at Kidd Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
