Jimmy Dale Wells, 77, Spruce Pine, passed away on Monday, June 03, 2013 at his residence.
He was a 32nd Degree Mason of the Mason Lodge #735 of Griffith, Indiana.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 05, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. James McCullar. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Ann Wells Entrekin (husband, Donald); son, Trent Wells (wife, Kristie); grandchildren, Alissa Moore (husband, Matt), Blake Entrekin (Brooke), Alex Wells, Hayden Wells, Logan Wells; step-grandchildren, Adam, Ashley, & Amberley Brown; great-grandchildren, Jacey Moore, Jemma Moore, Brayden Entrekin, soon-to-arrive Baby Bella Entrekin; brother, Russell Wells; sister, Betty Franklin; and a host of nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jule Dale & Connie Wells; sibling, Harry Wells; and sister, Helen Wells.
The pallbearers will be Shae Madden, Blake Entrekin, Barry Swinney, Matt Moore, Jeff Swinney, and Rodney Swinney.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Gentiva Hospice, Gentiva Home Health, and Dr. Boorgu for the love and care of our family. Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
