Services for Jimmy Carl Hopkins Burfield, 87, of Trinity will be on Tuesday January 14, 2025 with a visitation starting at 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at Elliott’s Brown-Service Funeral Home and at 2:00 PM a Graveside service at Mount Hope Methodist Church Cemetery with Barry Cater officiating.
Mr. Burfield was born in Lawrence County Alabama to Albert Burfield and Nola Francis Holden and he passed away on January 8, 2025 at Summerford nursing home. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by two sisters Betty Woodard and Lois Riddle.
He is survived by his Son Brad Burfield and wife Jennifer, Daughter Tiffany Morgan and husband Chris. Six grandchildren Lexie Smith and husband Sam, Kenzie Burfield, Ginnie Burfield, Zac Morgan, Trevor Morgan. Brother Hoyt Burfield, Sisters Carolyn Smith and Norine Mizell.
