Jimmie Wayne Ingle, age 77 of Athens died Saturday at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Ingle was born July 29, 1942 in Hackleburg, Alabama, a retired agent from Mutual Savings Life Insurance, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a member of Shanghai Baptist Church.
Services will be 1 pm Monday at Shanghai Baptist Church with Alton Downs officiating, visitation will be Monday at the church from 10 am until service.
Pallbearers will be, Briley Ingle, Richard Earnest, L.C. Gill, Tony Turner, Buck Vickery, Eddie Smith, and Steve Coleman.

Son, Nathan Wayne Ingle of Athens.
Daughter, Brenda Irene Self of Athens.
Grandchildren, Briley Ingle, Nicole Self, Faith Self, Ethan Coleman, and Connor Howard.

Brother, Jerry Ingle of Decatur.
Sister, Mary Jo Fincher of Hamilton, Alabama.
