Jimmie Juanine McMahan, 86, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, May25, 2022 at her residence.
Ms. McMahan was born December 25, 1935 in Limestone County to Jim Henry Wilson and Nina Bea Bentley Wilson. Her parents precede her in death as well as one son, Michael Edward McMahan, and eight brothers and sisters.
Survivors include one son, Gary McMahan (James Gravlin) of Athens; two daughters, Cheryl McMahan Dixon of Athens; Doris McMahan Clark (Jimmy) of Bartow, FL; two brothers, John Wilson (Lynn) of Athens; Marlin Wilson of Athens; three sisters, Charlotte Pack (Anthony) of Athens; Sandra Johnson of Athens; Linda Adams (Larry) of Henderson, TN; ten grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 2 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home with Carolyn Benesh officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will be at Athens City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jessica Mosley, Jacob Mosley, Michael McMahan, Jimmy Clark, Jamie Casteel, and Ben Carter.
