Jimmie Jerldeen Wilson – Obituary

Jimmie Jerldeen Wilson, 72, died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 24, 1940 in Itawamba County, Ms. and was a homemaker. She was song director and member of Hurricane Creek Baptist Church, Vina, Al.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 11, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, Al. with Bro. Bob Massey officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Golden, Ms. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Al. will be in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are one son – James Richard Wilson, Tremont, Ms.; three daughters – Teresa R. Sides and Jamie Wilson (Junior Gillentine) all of Tremont, Ms. and Rhonda L. Wilson, Fairview, Ms.; one sister – Agnes Wilson, Tremont, Ms.; two granddaughters – Christy Box (Elmer) Tremont, Ms. and Chassidy Williams (Darren) Ramer, Tn.; two grandsons – Michael Morrison Jr. and Jonthan William Allen Wilson, both of Tremont, Ms. and three great-grandchildren – Breanna Brose, Dylan Brose and Sammantha Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Wilson and her parents, Ethan Tharp and Lula Conwill Tharp.

Pallbearers will be Jackie Benson, Bill Handley, Joey Graham, Junior Gillentine, Freddie Watson and Darren Williams.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Al. and until service time on Thursday.
