Jim loved the outdoors, mowing the fields with his tractors, and playing with his dogs Zeus, Molly, Jack, and Ozzie. He enjoyed attending antique auctions, collecting glass, and various collectibles. Jim departed this life on February 22, 2017 in Jackson, TN at the age of 68 Years, 4 Months.
He is survived by his wife Tommie (Wyatt) Burleson of Bethel Springs, TN; two step-daughters, Brandi King of Portland, OR, Kelly Moore of Bethel Springs, TN; two step-sons, Chad Moore, Matthew Moore; four grandchildren, A. J. Abell, Devin Abell, Cameron King, Parker King; two sisters, Mary Kell of Longview, WA, Betty Jewett of Longview, WA; a host of extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
