Jewel Oneda Davidson, 84, passed away Wednesday,March 11, 2015, at the New Albany Health and Rehab Nursing Home. She was born July 27,1930 in Mooreville to James Custer and Myrtie Parker Mitchell. She worked in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Services will be at 11:00 a. m. Saturday at the McNeece – Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Grady Davidson officiating. Burial will be in the Union Grove cemetery in Mooreville.
Survivors include one son, Donnie Davidson ( Cora) of Collierville,TN; two grandchildren, Matthew Davidson (Madison) of Cordova,TN and Erin Davidson of Collierville,TN; four great grandchildren, Grayson, Hudson, Dylan, and Charlie; two brothers, J.B. Mitchell (Ann) of Mooreville and Olen Mitchell of Tupelo.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a. m. until service time Saturday at McNeece – Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
