Ms. Jewel McCleskey, age 84, of Sulligent, passed away Monday, January 13th, 2014 at Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, Alabama.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon from 1:00pm until service time. Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel, Sulligent, Alabama. Burial in Webb Cemetery. Bro. Tim Markham and Bro. Dan Brown officiating. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to: Cedar Grove Baptist Church, c/o Doc Warren, P.O. Box 14, Sulligent, AL 35586.

Ms. Jewel was born in Lamar County, AL to the late Vewis and Florence Cantrell Seals. She worked as a seamstress for Glen Enterprises. She was also busy raising a large family. As hobbies she enjoyed sewing, quilting and growing flowers. Ms. Jewel was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
