Jessie Isabell Harris Weaver – Obituary

beeJessie Isabell Harris Weaver, age 96 passed away October 7, 2013 at Forest Cove Manor Nursing Home.

She was born and reared in the Deanburg Community of Chester County, the daughter of the late Jesse Perkins and Linnie Mae Hearn Harris. She attended schools in Chester County and in 1933 was married to Buford H. Weaver. They made their home in the Deanburg Community all their life.
She was a member of the Pleasant Springs United Methodist Church, the Deanburg Home Extension Club and the Deanburg Community Club.

She is survived by a son, Charles Weaver of Collierville; two daughters, Esther Weaver Murley of Jackson and Nancy Weaver Snider and husband Randie of Jackson; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford H. Weaver in 1997, a grandson, Clay Snider in 2008, a great-great grandchild, Maleeya Murley in 2010 and a sister, Cratie Cain.

Pall Bearers to serve will be grandchildren, Mike Weaver, Kim Edward Weaver, Brett Weaver, Adolphus (Hank) Murley, Phillip Murley, Donna Hawkins and Chris White.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel with Josh Cantrell and Jimmy Dyer officiating and burial will follow in Pleasant Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Casey Chapel 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday.
