Jesse “Bud” Kelley, 76, of Florence, passed away January 2, 2016 at ECM Hospital after an extended illness. He was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church.
Visitation will be today, Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 2 p.m. at First Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by his parents, Arlon and Lucille Kelley; and a brother, L.T. Kelley.
He is survived by his wife Virginia “Sue” Wilson Kelley; son, Randy Kelley (Cheryl); daughters, Shelia Murphy (Mike), Kim Spears (Bob); brother, Billy Kelley; grandchildren, Jessica Bevis, Ashley Harper, Taylor Smallwood, Chase and Haven Kelley, Bayleigh and Drake Spears; and great-grandchildren, Logan, Clayton, Dalton, and Bryson.
Active pallbearers will be Chase Kelley, Drake Spears, Tim Wilson, Reggie Wilson, Billy Kelley, and Bill Morrison.
J.W. Felts, and Doug Phillips will serve as honorary pallbearers.
