Jerry Wayne “Radio” Gurganus, age 67 of Oakman, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Veterans Hospital in Birmingham.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Scott Tucker will officiate.
Mr. Gurganus was preceded in death by his Mother-Joyce Gurganus; Father-William Gurganus; Son-Rusty Gurganus.
He is survived by his Daughters-Heidi Moore (Chuck) of Parrish and Dee Dee Rhodes of Berry; Grandchildren-Chandler Moore (Kylie), Hayli Moore, Madison Moore, Sarah Moore, Kaydee Moore, Hayden Moore all of Parrish, Harley Sanford of Berry and Katie Pate (Gavin) of Cordova; Sisters-Tida Robbins (Ricky) of Berry, Sharon “Bo” Robbins of Berry, Brenda Wade of Oakman; Brothers-Roy Gurganus (Brenda) of Fayette and Michael Gurganus of Oakman; Great Grandkids-Baby Moore, Broley Prescott, Cameron Shaw, Easton Black and Jaxson Black; Good Friend-Randy Wade.
