Jerry Robert Hayes, age 27, passed away November 4, 2020 at his home in Pulaski. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Frances Hendricks, his uncle Kenny Hendricks, and his Aunt Pam Everson. He is survived by his parents, Rob and Mary Ann Hendricks Hayes of Pulaski, his brothers, Josh and James Hayes of Pulaski and Seth Hayes of Missouri, his sisters, Jill Gott and Cory of Madison, AL and Jessica Hayes of Michigan, his aunts, Kathy Dickerson and Roger of Pulaski and Lisa Garner and John of Rose Hill, his uncle Todd Hendricks of CA, his cousins, Kelly Everson of Madison, AL, Drew Paley of Lawrenceburg, John Michael Garner of TX, And Daniel and James Salmon of MN, and his Niece Zoey Gott. Friends and Family will gather at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2020, and a Memorial Service will begin at 5:00 p.m.
