Jerry Riggins, age 74 of Albertville passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital.
His funeral service will be Monday, November 6, 2023 at 11:00 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Union Grove #1 Cemetery in Albertville. Bro. Mark Hastings will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Vernon King, Jamie Centers, Thomas McClendon, Denny Norris, Trey Peek and Will Riggins. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5:30 until 7:00.
He is survived by his wife; Sandra Riggins, sons; Tim (Amy) Riggins and Matt (Ashley) Riggins, grandchildren; Alli and Anthony Boyd and Will Riggins and a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brother-in-law; Vernon (Suzanne) King and sister-in-law: Marilyn King.
He is preceded in death by his first wife; Judy Garrard Riggins, sister; Judith Williams, parents; J. W. and Lila Fay Riggins and mother-in-law; Vergie Hilburn.
