Jerry Michael Jackson, 65, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Alabama to Richard and Dorothy Harrison Jackson. He attended Tishomingo Baptist Church. Jerry worked at Sunshine Homes for many years and then TBEI for several years. He loved hunting, fishing and spoiling his grandkids.
Funeral services will be Monday, September 18, 2 p.m. at Tishomingo Baptist Church with Dr. Rusty Fair, Bro. Edwin Pharr and Bro. Matthew Haney officiating. Burial will be in Tishomingo City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife Ann Jackson; two daughters, Misty Wilson (Kevin) and Kristina Ragan (Jonathan); two foster children, Deanna Hill and Bobby Hill; four grandchildren, Isabella Ragan, Tate Wilson, Chris Ragan and Londyn Wilson; granddaughter-in-love, SophieGrace George; one sister, Pat Carnathan (Jerry); two brothers, James Jackson and Terry Jackson; two brothers-in-law, Larry Hill (Sarah) and Jerry Hill and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Jr. and Zora Lee Hill and a sister-in-law, Lanetta Jackson.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Wilson, Jonathan Ragan, Tate Wilson, Chris Ragan, Bobby Hill and Robert Carnathan.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 17, 5-8 p.m. at Tishomingo Baptist Church.
