Funeral services for Jerry Lovelady, 68, of Town Creek, will be Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Jackson Memory Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the funeral starting at 1 p.m. Brother Hollis Rutherford is officiating.
Mr. Lovelady died Wednesday, March 26, at his home. He was born on Jan. 29, 1943, to Dewey and Ellen Lovelady. He was a carpenter and was a member at Bethany Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Debbie Peoples.
He is survived by three sons, Brad Lovelady (Jill), Brian Lovelady, and Matthew Lovelady; two sisters, Peggy Phillips and Betty Green; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Luke Lovelady, Wheeler Lovelady, Hayden Lovelady, Dan Alexander, Chris Allen, and Randy Scott.
