Jerry requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in his name at 2222 Wellborn Street, Dallas, TX 75219 (214-559-5000), or online at www.scottishriteforchildren.org. Jerry was born with one leg shorter than the other; however, he never let this slow him down. This fueled his passion for helping other children that were born with similar issues. With your donation, you will be helping him fulfill his lifelong goal even after death.
