Mr. Jerry Dewayne Prestwood, age 59, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
He survived by his wife, Lisa Prestwood; daughters, Amanda Batey, Amber (Jason) Pulliam, Elizabeth “Bitty” Dunn; son, Robbie (Ashley) Brownfield; grandchildren, Libby Carter, Brantley Brownfield, Haddilyn Pulliam; mother, Annette Sartin; sisters, Lisa Wallace, Melinda Dunn, Kathy Holt; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Prestwood; siblings, James Robert Prestwood, Christy Vidal, Diane Prestwood.
Funeral services will be held at the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Keith Shutters officiating. The burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
