A Memorial service for Jerry David Haynes, 76, will be Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Brakefield officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Haynes died on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born September 7, 1946, in Lawrence County, to Jesse David Haynes and Elenore Roy Haynes.
He was a mechanic by trade, prior to his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on projects. Mr. Haynes was a United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers: Gary, Winford and Stanley Haynes.
