Jeremy Ted Nokes, age 46 of Portland, TN passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at his home.

Jeremy was born in Blytheville, AR on May 31, 1974 to Leonard “Ted” Nokes and the late Brenda Kaye Ayres. He was employed as a forklift operator at Valley Interior Products in Nashville. He loved his family very much and his grandkids were his life. He attended Generation Church. He loved hunting, golfing and Alabama Crimson Tide Football.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Pregel Nokes of Portland, TN; father, Leonard “Ted” Nokes of Portland, TN; step-father, Bud Bingham of Thompson Station, TN; son, Jonathan (Jennifer) Nokes of Alaska; daughters, Stacey Nokes of Chapel Hill, TN, Kara (Garrett) Caudill of Marianna, FL; grandchildren; Madeline Caudill, Dawson Caudill of Marianna, FL; brothers, Jody (Jennifer) Woodall of White House, TN, Greg (Brandi) Nokes of White House, TN; sisters, Jaclyn (Adam) Meyer of Greenbrier, TN, Stephanie (Andy) Biggs of Portland, TN, Pam (Bill) Fishburn of Westmoreland, TN, Jennifer (Tim) Allen of Hendersonville, TN and Robbie Bingham of Mt.
