JimFuneral for Jeremy “Big Jim” McDaniel, 35, of Moulton will be Saturday, June 15, 2013, at noon at Freeman Tabernacle Baptist Church in Moulton with Reynolds Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. The body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Mr. McDaniel, a beloved father, son and devoted Auburn football fan, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, in Moulton. He was born June 14, 1977, at Decatur General Hospital to Jeffery McDaniel and Valerie Fuller McDaniel. He accepted Jesus Christ in his life at an early age and was a member of Freeman Tabernacle Baptist Church. He attended Lawrence County High School and was employed by the Alabama Department of Transportation.

He is survived by his parents, both of Moulton; three sons, Seth Boyd of Moulton, Jaylan Jackson and Jamal Jackson, both of Hartselle; one brother, Jeffery “Juicy” McDaniel of Moulton; one sister, Joslyne Landry (Harvey) of Decatur; a great-grandmother, Clarice Fuller of Moulton; grandparents, John A. Lee and Gloria Fuller of Moulton; Willard Orr of Danville; and David and Alice Lee of Moulton; a very special friend, Kristy Loosier of Moulton; his godmother, Sonja Douglass of Georgia; and many special nephews, nieces and friends.
