Jerelyn Ann Rickey

Jerelyn was born on June 20, 1946 to the late Grace Roy. She was originally from Birmingham, Alabama. Mrs. Rickey was very involved in her community. She was the Women’s Ministry Director North Alabama District, Alabama District Office Secretary, Vice President of Charter Home Health Care in Oklahoma City, and Vice President of 22 Nursing Homes in Ohio. She also founded the company Color Me Genuine. She was an outstanding Mother of three boys and a great Wife to Pastor N. Greg Rickey. Mrs. Rickey was a member of Cullman 1st Nazarene Church and a very Godly woman. She led dozens of bible studies, helped women across America become more Godly Women and helped many find salvation.

She is survived by her husband, Pastor N. Greg Rickey, three sons, Mark G. Rickey and wife Angie of Albertville, Jason M. Rickey of Guntersville and Shane C. Rickey and wife Nicole of Edmond, OK, sister, Jan Alsabrook and husband Randall of Hoover, brother, Keith Biggs, and Step-Father, Calvin Biggs.

Funeral services will be 11:00AM Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Albertville Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Memory Hill Cemetery. Dr. Wayne Brown will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Mark Rickey, Jason Rickey, Shane Rickey, Ryan Rickey, Chris Rickey, and Giovonni Rickey.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, 23, 2016 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM.
