It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Jerald Lee Price, on Thursday, January 4th. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Born on September 29, 1943, Jerry was a devoted father to his two sons, Ken and Jeff, whom he shared a special bond with that will forever be treasured. As a father, Jerry was a pillar of strength, guidance, and support, always there to lend a listening ear or offer a helping hand.

Professionally, Jerry had an esteemed career as a federal agent for the IRS, dedicating his expertise and dedication to his work. His commitment to serving his country continued as he transitioned into defense contracting, where he spent his later years before retiring. He was respected by his colleagues for his unwavering professionalism and tireless work ethic.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jerry had a gift for storytelling and a remarkable sense of humor. He had a story for every occasion and could effortlessly bring joy and laughter to those around him. His quick wit brightened the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

In his personal life, Jerry was a loving husband to his late wife, Faye Price, who passed away in 2021. Their bond was a testament to the enduring power of love and companionship. Jerry is survived by his sister, Leah Dozier, who continues to cherish the memories they shared together.

Jerry also leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He adored each and every one of them, and his love will forever live on in their hearts.
