Jennifer Dawn Butler Velasquez
December 13, 1973 – September 30, 2021
Mrs. Velasquez passed away Thursday afternoon, September 30, 2021 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Born in West Palm Beach, FL, she grew up in Memphis and moved to Hardeman County in 1989. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandchild and was people person with an open and loving heart. She always felt the loss of someone closer to her very deeply.
Survivors include her husband, Adam Velasquez of Middleton; her daughter, Haylee Dawn Velasquez of Middleton; her mother, Mary Walker (Richard) of Hickory Valley; her two sisters, Tina Jackey (Greg) of Hickory Valley and Sonja Peterson of San Antonio, TX; her brother, Daniel Hines (Anita) of Mattoon, IL; and her grandchild, Taylor Maness of Middleton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Butler; paternal grandfather, J. B. Butler; and maternal grandparents, Oscar and Mabel McDonald.
