Jeffrey Wayne Whitley was born January 31, 1974 in Selmer, TN the son of Nellie Ruth Sweatman LaCourse and the late Kenneth H. Whitley.
Jeffrey was a simple man who worked hard, enjoyed taking care of his farm animals, and never met a stranger. He loved his family and friends.
Jeffrey Wayne Whitley departed this life on November 7, 2024 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 50 Years, 9 Months, 7 Days. He is survived by three sons, Jeffrey Dewayne Whitley, Joshua Kyle Whitley, James Paul Whitley all of Parsons, TN; mother, Ruth LaCourse of Selmer, TN; two sisters, Diane Reed of Selmer, TN, Carla Mealer of Caruthersville, MO; a brother, Kenneth Whitley of Selmer, TN; girlfriend, Faye Johnson of Sardis, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In addition to his father, Mr. Whitley was preceded in death by a sister, Rosalie Sue Whitley.
